| Product was excellent value compared to other companies. When product arrived I noticed one of the chairs was damaged. My heart sank as I thought of the hassle of getting it replaced. So so refreshing to find a company that dealt with this properly. As soon as I sent a photo to Greenfingers a replacement was sent promptly. Thanks Greenfingers |

| It arrived quickly & was easy to assemble. Whilst on the whole it looks good, the parasol is very flimsy so doubt it will last as long as the table. The wind up mechanism has no stop so there is a danger of overwinding it. |

| The furniture set and parasol arrived within the 14 days and I am very pleased to say this is an excellent set. The table and chairs are of a high quality and sturdy. The parasol is of equal quality and the adjusting knob add to the look of quality of this product. Excellent price, excellent feel, excellent overall. |

| Arrived within a week of ordering and looks great. Company did not notify us of delivery date & no card even left. Just happened to notice one evening, all the boxes left at side of house. Communication could be improved. Otherwise really pleased with product.

| I ordered the 6 person dining set and thought it was really good value for money. Unfortunately you are not notified of delivery so 730am on the Tuesday after bank holiday there was a knock on the door and my furniture had arrived.The instructions were simple to follow, however once the table ahd been built we did find a scratch on the table. We didn't want to dismantle it again so just left it. The biggest bugbear for me was not knowing when you are going to get your furniture. However the furniture itself is very nice. |
