Having purchased as part of a patio set, the parasol was really good and looked nice with the set. However, after a few uses, the parasol broke at the top and the ribs came out of their casing. I contacted Greenfingers about this issue and after supplying them with a couple of photos of the fault, they supplied me with a new parasol, no questions asked. You can't ask for more than that, excellent customer service from Greenfingers. I am now enjoying my new parasol, whenever the sun comes out for long enough! would recommend Greenfingers to anyone.

Nice parasol - looks good and works well. Has a tendency to swivel in the wind.

On arrival the Parasol would not raise. Once I noticed that it had not been assembled correctly at the factory, it was easy to rectify and now works fine. Quite a lot of loose threads needed trimming off the canopy.

When I finally recieved the parasol I was very pleased with it, its a great size and good mechanism. My issue was with the delivery of the items, I had to kick up a real fuss to even recieve my order.

Initially pleased but within a week the parasol is looking as though its belonged to us for several summers. Very disappointed
