Some DIY needed

Product was delivered promptly and efficiently. When my husband started to put the chairs together, he found that the bolts and threads were mismatched and required some DIY to get them to match. Luckily he is competent in that area and once done the chairs look and feel good.

Stacking Chair?????

Just bought this product as part of a set. Quality appears to be as expected for the price paid. To describe them as stacking chairs is a bit misleading as they literally do not stack. One of the chairs had a small tear in the seat and this chair together with its travelling companion both had a poor quality paint job on the arms. I phoned Greenfingers straight away and without any fuss the chairs were replaced. I did find that there is a BEST way to assemble them as if the bolts are inserted in the one particular order it is very easy to strip the thread on one of them.

Trail by self assembly

These chairs are cheap but take some time to assemble -leave screws very loose! Defects included .. cuts through paint visible on frame of seat. One pair of screws have badly formed heads - plastic caps fall off these straight away. Very comfortable and very cheap though.

Awful, just awful

I bought these chairs as part of a set. As other reviewers have said, the build quality was dreadful - it was near impossible to build the chairs properly. I spoke to Greenfingers, and credit where credit's due, they replaced them quickly with Boston recliner chairs, which are infinitely better. Avoid!

Terrible Build Quality

It is impossible to assemble these chairs, and I am a skilled engineer. The build is just not right, nothing fits. Spend a couple of pounds more and buy the folding version which comes ready assembled. The customer service team were great and replaced them, no problem. But I think somebody at Greenfingers should try building one, then inform the manufacturers that the product does not work. They should consider removing this from their list of products as it could spoil their good reputation.

Not Happy!

After waiting weeks before it got deliverd, we found that the bolts and threads are to small for the chairs and now when we sit on them they fall apart. The table is fine and the chairs are comfy until the legs all off. So now we need to buy new chairs that will match the table!!

Bad design

The chairs were a bad design. The Assembly bolts did not fit the threaded holes. When one did fit and you tightened it up it did not stay tight and stripped the threads. However customer service was very good they did not argue. Chairs were collected and money refunded promptly.

Nightmare

Delivery vehicle turned up with a large amount of garden furniture, all squashed against each other. 2 recliner chairs that we ordered were scrathched on the arms. 6 stacking chairs ordered were an absolute nightmare to put together; none of the holes matched up with bolts, you had to bend most of the parts to mke them fix. None of the caps stay on the bolts either. I would suggest you pay a little more for a better product than waste your money on these chairs!
