When I called Greenfingers to ask about how to treat the wood I was called back with the information within 5 minutes. Very stable and solid (heavy) table. Didn't experience any problems putting it together. Definatly need two people to put it together and turn it over. One thing to note is that the Express delivery doesn't mean it will turn up the next day, however it did arrive within a week of ordering with the Easter weekend in between. It was evidently damaged by the carriers so a new table top was despatched as a result. Second delivery arrived but top again damaged although I have not bothered to complain, I will try and repair it myself. I think packaging is inadequate or carriers very careless!
