When putting together 1 of the screws that attach onto back, did not fit into drilled hole as it sits too far away.The lady I contacted from greenfingers was very good and a refund is on its way once I send it back. Was easy to order, great price, arrived in good time, packaging excellent, easy to assemble and looks fantastic - not worried should it rust as will repaint but also think this looks authentic.

posted on 17/10/2010 12:02:45 this bench is lovely...but very flimsy..and is already rusting...i have taken it in for the winter as i fear it would not survive well in british weather...i did read the other review on this product and hoped it would be different but alas not....but to be fair it is unexpensive but i have had many other products from here which have been great and there service from the switchboards is outstanding

Greenfingers sent me a replacement but same thing happened and i am now getting a refund. customer services were great dealing with my problem Karen answered my emails very promptly.
