Ellister Luxor Swing Seat Gazebo - Black

This item arrived just in time as the sun decided to show - only took a couple of hours to assemble by 2 people. Lovely and comfortable a great asset to my garden

I bought this item a couple of weeks ago after waiting for greenfingers to get it back in stock. My husband and son put it together and although the instructions were only in pictures he found it pretty easy to put together. The swing is good sturdy metal and the cushions and curtains look fab when it is all assembled. It is very comfy and I suffer from chronic back problems and I am able to sit on it which is great. I would highly recommend this product if you want to buy a more luxurious swing. The black looks very expensive and it fits on our concrete base perfectly. I cannot fault the product or the delivery from greenfingers although I must say that i was very frustrated that I was never able to get through to the enquiry line when I wanted to know when I would receive the swing seat. The customer service is not great but fortunately, the product is, and it wasw worth the wait.

I have always wanted a swing seat so was thrilled to find this beauty at Greenfingers. The pluses are that it is extremely robust and can be left up, the colour black is stylish and avoids hyperventilation at the thought of spilling drinks/food or handprints etc on the fabric. As another reviewer has said the weather cover to match this product is a must as this means you can sit outside in any weather with just the front rolled up. I have given all the black coverings an extra layer of spray of waterproofer, although water rolls off the seat coverings anyway. The downside of the purchase has been the delivery -arrived in three very heavy cardboard boxes. Three parts were damaged and dented/stratched. Phoned customer services who promptly sent out replacements. Replacements arrived in flimsy bubble wrap and therefore two pieces of the three replacements were dented/stratched. Phoned customer services again pleading that their wharehouse should pay attention to the wrapping. Both pieces have arrived (much better packing) but one part is still stratched - it wouldn't be so bad but it is an upright that faces outward to the front of the gazebo. ... Don't know what to say, will call customer services again to see if they will send me paint? I feel a bit agreived as I placed my order on 30th May after asking customer service if the black colour gazebo was likely to be on offer this season, similar to the cream colour ... I was told no - what a disappointment to find it had been reduced days after my purchase had been placed and also my replacements parts were not completed until 5th July - and still one is stratched.
