VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
This is the third and forty arch purchased. Well made and fits in with my Japanese theme garden. Both these arches have been painted black and they look good. The original colour is more or a terracotta orange, not red.
Extremely well packed and received ahead of schedule. Found it easy to assemble.looks great in position.it's a Good Buy!
Perfect for Japanese themed garden
I have been developing my own Japanese themed garden with planting complete I had searched tirelessly for a "Torri Gate" to finish my project but without success.I then found Greenfingers Japanese style Arch which I then painted Post Box red which looked fantastic and provided a real oriental feel to the gateway to my garden. Just waiting for the summer to fully appreciate the arch when it will complement an array of Maples Rhododendrons and Azaleas when in bloom.
will buy again no problem.
the item was damaged when it arrived.thay gave us a refund strait away will buy again.
I lived in Japan for over 17 years and this arch has a very authentic look.
Well packaged, fast delivery and easy to assemble - all in all a good value product.

very good quality with unnecessary cheap colour finish
Very pleased with quality of product. Looks as if it will last well and makes an interesting change from the everyday garden arch made up of standard trellis fencing.
Just a shame that it arrives a cheap orange colour having been dipped in that protective stain. This quality product deserves more upmarket finish. Can be easily transformed with ones own choice of coloured wood preservative but this is time consuming.
Also instructions have one error in the order of it's assembly. Attach the cross bars before the arched roof as you cannot fix them afterwards.
I must admit to being nervous about putting this arch togther as I am a 71 year old female with arthritic hands. I shouldn't have worried - in half an hour it was all assembled. A bag of postcrete later, it's solidly in place and it looks magnificent and when I find another suitable spot in the garden, I intend to buy at least one more.
