A bit flimsey

The bird box is larger than others I've seen and a bit flimsy. Others I've seen also have a sliding door at the back to remove old nest material, this has a small hole which will make removal of old nest material difficult. I ordered 2 and one was split across the back. I cannot fault the customer service of Greenfingers who immediately replaced the faulty item and I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
