I wanted some low planters to sit on the decking, they needed to be easy to move, these are perfect, filled with bulbs, creeping public and chosen they look beautiful. Highly recommended.
Really pleased with purchase, looks good in situ especially now planted up on the patio.
No real assembly required apart from wheels to attach.
Would definitely recommend.
This planter looks good as well as being very well made and, because of the wheels, is easily moveable. It is a good depth allowing for root growth. The planter needs no assembly except for fixing the wheels on. It is now on our decking with young courgettes plants getting the benefit of the sunny position.
Item delivered quickly and well packaged so no damage on receipt.
Item ready to be used as it only needed wheels to be attached. It is currently in garden planted with several plants. Planter is good size so will be able to add more shrubs and plants later in the year.
Whilst not as well made as I would have liked the planter is still sturdy and the wheels simply click into place.
As I'm using it for a display of bedding plants and wanted to be able to move it when I mow the lawn, it works well.
I'd like to add that I was very pleased with the customer service from Greenfingers and the prompt handling of my email enquiries.
Wooden planter, supposedly on wheels
I ordered three. Two arrived smashed to matchwood and had to be re-ordered. The first whole one was assembled and put to good use growing mini peppers and parsley. When the second lot arrived the wheels did not fit the holes and so are not on wheels but on the ground!
nice looking but not quite as good as they seem
Delivery and customer service are great. However, these planters look great on the picture but in reality they are less sturdy than expected. Made of fairly thin wood joined together by staples and not the screws or nails. I am concerned that for this exact reason they won't last very long which is dissapointing given the price. If not for the size/weight and related cost I would have returned them. For now they look nice on my patio, just hoping they will survive reasonable time to justify the expense.
