Having read a lot of reviews of various wheelbarrows which made me realise there were things to beware of that Id never even thought of this one sounded as though it would be reliable and fit the bill It was on special offer so even better It arrived swiftly and my husband put it together with no complaints It is now being happily used to transport logs across a big courtyard of shingle by myself and my mothers carers and I was very pleased with how it handled seems to be sturdy yet light x28Im a mere 7 and a half stone and not in first flush of youth Thank you Greenfingers sadly dont have a garden ourselves but I may be back
Very good value in sale posted on 18/12/2012 by greengnome
At the sale price - this represented excellent value. It is easy to put together. Wheel "washer/spacers" were a bit basic but the wheelbarrow has a good overall feel and balance and is easily manoevrable.

I'm very pleased with the wheelbarrow - lightweight but sturdy. It should last for a long time. It was very fiddly to assemble it, especially doing it by myself. One of the reviewers earlier mentioned that you should not tighten up the bolts until they're all on - this was a great tip and ensured that I could get all the bolts into position.

Well I like to do puzzles. It was an enjoyable and challenging puzzle for me to put together, but I got there in the end - single handed, I might add. It's been an absolute work-horse - nice and light for me to handle too.

A really sturdy barrow to replace my old one which finally collapsed after much hard work. Relatively easy to assemble, makes a very solid and useful barrow. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Arrived on time, easy assembled as long as you leave all the bolts loose until it is all bolted together then tighten them up at the end.

Bought this wheelbarrrow for its front wheel design as I had read that the strength of the design depends a lot on whether it has a reinforced wheel frame I have since seen other wheelbarrows on display at superstores and am even happier with the choice I made because I think this is a very attractive wheelbarrow that suits ladies gardening requirements eg looks like its for a garden and not a building site plus its light to push around I thought I would store it outdoors but have found its light enough for me to lift into a trug nose first vertically just inside the shed Ive got a thing about keeping my gardening stuff looking like new I did find it a little difficult to assemble however but that would not put me off recommending the product to a friend The instructions clearly state you should only hand tighten the screws until the barrow is fully assembled I did that but the difficulty I had was that I found I could not connect the plastic bowl to the handles with just hand tighten as they would not reach across So I left this item till last which is not what they tell you to do on the instructions and as a result had to loosen the axle a little That being said it did all fit together really well My tip to anyone would be when it comes to attaching the bowl to the handles you have to push the plastic up to the bolt with the flat side of your hand as the moulded plastic effect in regard to the bolts having contact with all sides of the plastic bowl is a handmade operation Hope that makes sense

I had read other reviews about self assembly wheel barrows being a challenge to assemble This was no different Luckily my partner was on hand to help It took about 40 mins to assemble The drilled holes didnt line up which made it a task to put together Once all that was done I was happy with the result
