Our Complaints Procedure We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via telephone, fax or e-mail is answered by return the same day and we aim that it is resolved within 24 hours. Any complaint that comes in via the post is replied to immediately, by telephone if a number is quoted, and we aim that it is resolved with 5 days.
